A fee of € 40 will be charged for participation in the social evening on April 13, 2023. Please note that only a limited number of participants can be accommodated for the social event. Places will be allocated according to the time of registration.
The conference fee includes conference participation, the book of abstract, coffee breaks and participation in the welcome evening.
All payment must be done in EURO. According to §4 No. 22a UStG no VAT applies.
Payment can be done by bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient) or by creditcard.
Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your participation of the conference, you will receive a refund of 80% of the conference fees until the end of February 2023. In the case of later cancellation, no refund is possible due to the organizational costs incurred.
If the conference is canceled by the organizers, conference fees paid will be reimbursed.
